These terms cover using theclubmcr.com and booking The Club MCR studio. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. Part A covers the website. Part B covers studio bookings.

A. Using the website
Our content
The words, photos, videos, guides and designs on this site belong to us or the people we've licensed them from. You're welcome to use our free guides, checklists and tools for your own podcast. Please don't copy, resell or republish them as your own.
Free tools and guides
The launch guide, checklist, planner, mission report and research pages are general guidance to help you get started. They aren't professional, legal or financial advice. Statistics come from the third-party sources we link to and may change over time.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites we think are useful. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Availability
We work to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't promise it'll always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove parts of it.
B. Booking the studio
How booking works
When you request a booking, your card is held, not charged. We confirm every booking within 24 hours, and only take payment once we've confirmed. If we can't fit you in, the hold is released.
Prices
Prices are shown when you book, and the total is confirmed before you pay.
Cancelling or moving your session
Cancel with 48 hours' notice or more and you get a full refund. Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before and you get a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of your session, we can't offer a refund. If we ever need to cancel, we'll offer you a new time or a full refund.
On the day
Please arrive on time, as sessions start and finish at the times you booked. Extra time is subject to availability. Please treat the space, equipment and our team with care.
Your recordings and content
You own the content you make with us. You're responsible for having permission from your guests and for anything said or shown in your recordings. We'll always ask before using any of your content in our own marketing.
Editing and extras
Edits and extras are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days of your session.
Codes
Discount and guest codes can only be used as described when they're issued, can't be swapped for cash and may be withdrawn.
Our responsibility to you
We'll provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for indirect business losses, or for problems caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer, you also have legal rights these terms don't affect.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
