The Club MCR is Manchester’s premier podcast studio for business owners, founders, coaches and creators. We opened in August 2024 with one belief: professional content should not be complicated.
We are not just a room you hire. From the moment you walk in, our on-site team handles everything: the setup, the sound, the session. You focus entirely on the conversation.

Common Questions
What is included in every session? +
Every booking includes your choice of studio set, an on-site studio manager for the full session, professional microphones and equipment, and file transfer within 24 hours. Editing and social content are available as add-ons.
How many people can record at once? +
Our sets comfortably accommodate solo recordings, one-to-one interviews, and small groups of up to three. If you are planning a larger recording, get in touch and we will make sure everything is set up correctly.
Do I need any experience? +
None at all. Our studio manager walks you through everything before you start. Most of our clients have never recorded a podcast before their first session with us.
How do I get my files after the session? +
Raw files are transferred via cloud link within 24 hours. Edited episodes are delivered based on your chosen package. Files are available to download for 28 days.
Can I view availability before booking? +
Yes. You can see real-time availability through our booking flow, powered by Calendly and synced with our studio calendar.
Do you offer a student discount? +
Yes, we offer 20% off for students. Email a copy of your valid student ID to contact@theclubmcr.com before booking.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
Can I bring my own branding or props? +
Absolutely. Many of our clients bring branded items, backdrops, or props. Let us know in advance and we will make sure everything is ready when you arrive.
What equipment do you use? +
We use professional broadcast-grade microphones, cameras and lighting across both sets. Everything is set up and tested by your studio manager before recording begins.
Can I record video as well as audio? +
Yes. Multi-camera video recording is included as standard in every session. You get both audio and video files in your transfer.

Book Your Session
Choose your hours, pick your set, and select any add-ons through our booking flow. Pay securely via Stripe and receive a confirmation with everything you need to know before you arrive.

Show Up Ready
Arrive 10 minutes early. Your studio manager will greet you, set up your mic levels, and make sure you are comfortable before recording begins. No technical knowledge required.

Record Your Episode
You are in control of the conversation. Our team manages everything in the background. If you fluff a line, just pause and repeat it. That is what editing is for.
04
Receive Your Content
Raw files are transferred within 24 hours. If you have booked editing or social content, we deliver everything ready to publish. You just hit post.
